The Partnership
We hope to have a steady partnership in these areas but will depend heavily on the success of this venture. We are a company based in Netherland and have offices in UK. We provide high end business and technology related training programmes and we are in deed very good at it. We are currently looking to expand these services in some areas of Africa
Our Responsibility
We will be responsible for the following
Fly in all the trainers from USA, UK and Holland
Hotel, accomodation and feeding for the trainers in your local country
Pay for trainer fees
Provide marketing materials - flyers, brochures and information packages
Provide support for direct marketing through telephone
Resgitration management systems to handle all delegate registration
Develop the training materials and content - i.e we will do some research and include local content as mcuh as possible
Your Responsibility
The potential partner will be responsible for the following
Provide a customer contact list or potential target list of atleast 150 local clients and companies. This list will be used for direct marketing, mailing list, etc
Provide direct marketing to the customers identified above - i.e physical visitation and delivery of mails
Training venue capable of holding atleast 25 - 30 delegates in a class. The facility should be available for a period of one month.
Local transportation logistics for the trainers between hotel and training venue
Arrange delegate meals - payment for this can be negotiated
Reading through the training materials and provide advice on any local content that may not have been accurately reflected
We are keen on doing this and would like a partner with similar zeal and drive. The trainers have significant experience of their topics and have worked in the training area business world, which enables them to design and deliver in a way that is applicable to the business environment in which your clients work.
The training titles and materials are compelling which makes selling quite easy.
Our pricing strategy is also compelling and we will be discussing this with potentail partners.
Predicted Profit:
Profit margins estimated at about 30% of projected revenues.
Sharing formula can be negotiated but partners would normally keep between 7% to 10% depends on value of contribution and strength of your local network.
Predicted Sales:
Projected revenue for delivering 10 training titles over a period of one month is estimated at $350,000
